Achsah: Mongolian Round Tent

Get a taste of the glamping lifestyle and surround yourself with romance and intrigue in our Mongolian round platform tent, on our beautiful woodland property, with a front porch view of our peaceful pond. You have the option to have additional guests at a per person extra charge. We have cots and/or air mattresses upon availability, with your reservation. The spacious interior features a gorgeous king bed for sleeping with a sense of luxury.

Our Achsah Mongolian Round is accompanied with cozy, hanging chairs, a solar shower and private privy, or you are welcome to use our “Bucks and Does” bathroom trailer a short walk away, on the opposite side of our breakfast pavilion.

If you’ve never been introduced to glamping, it’s a combination of good, old-fashioned camping (off-grid, off-road, with plenty of peace and quiet), but with the indoor comforts of a full-size bed and furnished amenities right inside your tent or yurt! Plus, enjoy our homemade, locally sourced breakfast each day in our breakfast pavilion or brought to your site for indoor dining at your table for two. In this part of the state, horse-and-buggy Mennonites, hitching posts, and roadside produce stands hosted by farming families are common – and charming!

Extras to Enjoy!: We light the community bonfire along the pond each night at 8 p.m. (weather permitting) and provide our famous Gourmet S’mores bar, too. A paddle boat is available for guest use on the pond, and frog-catching contests, or walks on our groomed trails may beckon to you as well.

Transport to and from Canandaigua’s CMAC concert venue is available, for an extra fee and advance reservation.

Optional meals are also available, whether you prefer a Gourmet Lunch Pail for Two, or wish to return from your daily destination adventure to a specialty Weekend Dinner Basket for Two upgrade. Glamping is even more luxurious when you don’t have to cook!
